Web Applications

codeWorthy provides custom software development services for both New Applications and for Maintenance and Support.  We create applications for both the Web and for Windows (see Windows Applications).

At codeWorthy our focus is on creating business software; applications that allow you to enter and view data, and control business processes.  While our focus is not on the graphical design aspect of web development we contract designers as required to create the styles that will be used by our application developers.

Applications created for the Web are (obviously) available wherever there is an internet connections, so your staff are not tied to an office.  Other benefits include the ability to instantly deploy new versions by simply uploading to the server, no need to install on each user’s PC.

While the user interface of the Web applications is not as slick as that of Windows applications, it is catching up (with some of the new Ajax and Silverlight technologies) and soon will be indistinguishable .

As per our Windows applications, the Web applications typically store data in a database (like Microsoft SQL Server orMicrosoft Access).
